Everything you need to know about tracking
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent right after your purchase. It usually starts with "#". You can also find it by logging into your account and checking your order history.
Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after your order ships, especially during the first scan. If there are no updates after 7 days, please contact our support team and we'll look into it for you.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard worldwide shipping takes around 7–12 business days depending on your location. You'll get live tracking updates the whole way.
Your tracking number is emailed once your order ships (not at the time of purchase). Please check your spam/junk folder too. If it's been more than 3 business days since ordering, reach out to our team.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, we're unable to make changes.
